CHOCO-BANANA 

(with with Cacao Nibs)

    • 2 ripe bananas

    • 2 of our dark chocolate Cacao Nibs bars. 100g (3.5 oz)

  • Here are the basic steps to make a small batch of 8 banana halves.

    1. Peel and cut 4 bananas in half.

    2. Freeze them for 20 min.

    3. Melt the dark chocolate bars in 20-second intervals in a bowl.

    4. Prepare a parchment-lined tray or plate to place your banana pieces.

    5. Dip each banana into the melted chocolate, coating it completely (you can also use a spoon or fork to help with this).

    6. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens, or freeze for a firmer texture.

    7. Serve chilled and enjoy the crunchy contrast of cacao nibs with smooth banana and chocolate!
